Nam Á, Vẹn toàn lãnh thổ, lãnh hải cho Việt Nam và Quốc nạn, Pháp nạn
sớm giải trừ.

Ngoài Lễ Cầu nguyện, Văn Phòng II Viện Hóa Đạo sẽ tuyên đọc những Văn kiện và Giáo điệp quan trọng của đức Đại lão Hòa Thượng Thích Quảng Độ, vị lãnh đạo tối cao của Giáo Hội Phật Giáo Việt Nam Thống Nhất từ trong nước gửi ra. Các nhân vật quốc tế đến từ Tunisia, Egypt, Châu Âu, Hoa Kỳ chung lời nguyện cầu với đồng bào Việt Nam và trình bày kinh nghiệm về cuộc Cách mạng Hoa Lài trong Mùa Xuân Ả Rập vừa qua.
Concerned by increasing threats to peace, security and human rights in the world, especially in Southeast Asia, Buddhists from across the United States will gather in California in November 2011 for the Conference of the Unified Buddhist Church of Vietnam to reflect upon the importance of Lord Buddha's teachings of peace and compassion, and seek ways to share with the world the philosophy of loving kindness and happiness. On the 20th of November 2011, at the closing of this Conference, the Vietnamese American Unified Buddhist Congress in the U.S.A will hold a special Ceremony dedicated to world peace and security, with international speakers from across the globe, including participants in the "Arab Spring". We would be most honored if you would attend this special event. Your presence would be an inspiration and an honor for the Vietnamese American community. The details are:
